The first edition of MICFootball Punta Cana will bring together 100 teams and 2,000 players from 21 countries this week
The Fields Cap Cana Sports City is now ready to host the first-ever MICFootball Punta Cana. The facility, with 13 natural grass fields, is set up and ready to welcome the teams.
This will be the first experience in America of MICFootball, an event consolidated for more than two decades on the Costa Brava that has decided to export its successful model to this continent. The championship, which has the support of the local Ministry of Tourism and other private sponsors, will feature internationally renowned clubs.
The competition will begin on Wednesday morning, June 25th, and conclude on Saturday 28th, with the five finals being played simultaneously at 12:30 p.m. (local time).
Among the confirmed teams, FC Barcelona, Real Madrid CF, and Atlético de Madrid will participate, as well as teams from the United States (Inter Miami and LA Galaxy), Mexico (Club América and CF Cruz Azul), Argentina (CA River Plate), Brazil (Santos FC), Portugal (FC Porto), Germany (Bayer Leverkusen), England (Aston Villa), and France (Olympique de Marseille), among others.
All tournament matches can be followed live via streaming on demand, without any expense with the MICFootball TV platform.
