MICFootball Punta Cana will offer laundry service to all teams and participants who request it. The service will be possible thanks to a partnership agreement with MP Service Group, a leading cleaning and maintenance company for businesses and homes in the Dominican Republic.
How laundry works
The Hotel Manager (Ocean El Faro, Occidental Caribe, or Occidental Punta Cana) will call the Laundry Room before 6 p.m. to inform them of any services they need to perform. If they need any services, they will need to pick up the laundry at the hotel. The Hotel Manager will deliver the bags of laundry to the Laundry Room when they pick it up that same afternoon in the hotel lobby.
The following day, the laundry company will deliver all bags of laundered clothing to the Cap Cana Sports City facility before 8:30 a.m. There, they can be left in a tent designated for laundry and lost property.
